1. About Visit To Me

Visit To Me (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) is an IT services company providing managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, Linux server administration, web development, and digital transformation services. Our primary office is in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a development office in Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Services

Visit To Me provides IT professional services as described on our website and in individual service agreements (SOW). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each engagement are set out in a written Statement of Work or service agreement, which forms part of these Terms when executed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Project work: 50% deposit required before work commences; 50% on delivery
  • Monthly retainers: invoiced monthly in advance; due within 14 days of invoice
  • Late payments: subject to a 2% monthly late payment charge
  • Disputed invoices: must be raised in writing within 7 days of the invoice date

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work product created specifically for the client (custom code, designs, configurations) becomes the client’s property. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components remain the property of Visit To Me and are licensed to the client for the purpose of the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party during the engagement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement for a period of three (3) years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visit To Me’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Visit To Me shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice. Project engagements may be terminated by mutual agreement or for material breach with 14 days written notice and opportunity to cure. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
